**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Back-Office Sales**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with potential or existing customers.
- Inform customers about our products and services while answering their queries.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions to close sales.
- Maintain and update customer records in the database.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and customer needs.
- Generate reports and sales reviews to track performance.
- Collaborate with the team to strategize and improve sales performance.

**Field Sales**:

- Visit potential clients, present our products/services, and generate sales.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with customers to discuss their needs.
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business.
- Engage in on-field promotional activities and marketing efforts.
- Negotiate deals, handle objections, and close sales efficiently.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the internal team.
- Maintain records of meetings, sales, and customer interactions.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Excellent communication and persuasion skills** (both verbal and written).
- **Basic computer knowledge** (MS Word & Excel)
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle objections and turn prospects into clients.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or customer handling is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
