Job Description_ Business development Executive

About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound sales calls to promote and sell pharmaceutical products to prospective and existing clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and product presentations.

Develop a deep understanding of the company’s pharmaceutical product offerings and the pharmaceutical industry.

Successfully meet and exceed sales targets by identifying opportunities and closing sales.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and resolving issues.

Conduct market research to stay updated on pharmaceutical industry trends and competitor offerings.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer service) to support sales initiatives and deliver tailored solutions to clients.

Ensure that the sales process is followed smoothly and clients are onboarded efficiently.

Communicate effectively in English, especially for international sales, ensuring professional and clear communication with clients.

Key Requirements:
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or business development.

Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (essential for international sales).

Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the pharmaceutical industry.

Proven track record in sales with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment and effectively manage time.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive.

Ability to work with international clients and conduct sales conversations over the phone.

**Education**:
A degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
