Loading Supervisor

The Supervisor oversees the daily operations of their team, ensuring work is completed efficiently, according to established standards, and within deadlines. This role involves providing guidance, training, and support to staff, as well as monitoring performance, addressing issues, and ensuring a productive work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership**:

- Supervise and manage a team, providing direction and motivation.
- Assign and schedule tasks to ensure timely and efficient completion of work.
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to team members.
- **Performance Management**:

- Monitor employee performance and provide regular feedback.
- Conduct performance appraisals and address any performance-related concerns.
- Recognize and reward strong performance.
- **Operational Oversight**:

- Ensure operations are running smoothly, with tasks completed according to company standards.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency.
- Manage resources, including tools and equipment, to ensure the team can perform their work effectively.
- **Problem Solving**:

- Address issues that arise during operations, including handling customer complaints, workflow interruptions, and staff conflicts.
- Escalate major issues to management when necessary.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Conduct safety briefings and ensure employees adhere to safety protocols.
- **Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of work performed, team performance, and any incidents.
- Prepare reports for management regarding operational metrics, productivity, and potential issues.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of relevant industry processes and regulations.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
