**Job Role.**
- Online Sales Lead Generation and follow up
- handling customer query
- Assit the client to chosse right product
- Successful lead covert to sales through follow up

**Key Skills**:

- Knowledge and Experience in operations / management of Backend of Online Shopping Portals.
- Prior experience in on line sales preferable.
- Knowledge of E commerce processes and order dispatch process.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel operations and functions like Filters, Sorting, Vlookup & Pivot table.
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Good at coordinating with people and getting the job done

Working Hours will be 09.30 AM to 07.30 PM

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Online Sales: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English, Hindi (preferred)
