This position requires to handle customer communications related to product & service enquiries and
promote products and handle online sales through company’s e-commerce page and social medial
platforms.
**Responsibilities**:
Primary responsibilities of this position are:
- Ensure positive and pleasant experience for each customer contacting through online platforms, by
- Responding to each calls / enquires in a professional manner and facilitate the customer with
required information about product and status of the sales, delivery etc.
- Coordinating with internal team to provide required support / products / information in timely
manner.
- Listening to customer complaints / concerns with care and escalating to respective responsible
person & the management and coordinate till the problem is resolved.
- Promote and sell the garments through online platforms including Instagram, Whatsapp etc., by
- Having through knowledge and updating on periodic basis, about the products available and the
stock level, pricing details.
- Understand the customer requirement and provide appropriate details to the customer in a timely
manner.
- Coordinating with the online team and provide information related to online sales that may need
improvement and may be useful in promotional activities.

**Skill Sets**:
- Good oral and written communication skill
- Telephonic & online etiquette.
- Ability to understand customer needs and act promptly.
- Ability to learn faster about products and online trends.
- Ability to handle multiple customers enquires at a time, without compromising the service quality.
- Patient and empathetic
**Experience**:
Minimum 2 years in similar position in fashion garments industry, is preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
