**Experience**: Graduate Freshers or HSC with 6 months+ in chat support

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide support to customers via live chat.
- Resolve customer queries and issues efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve performance targets such as response and resolution times.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Graduate or HSC with 6 months+ experience in chat support.
- **Skills**: Excellent written communication, customer service-oriented, basic computer proficiency.
- **Shift Flexibility**: Willing to work US night shifts (typically 8:30 PM to 6:00 AM IST).
- **Documents**: All necessary documents (ID, educational certificates, etc.) in place.
