1. Document drafting
- drafting and vetting of all types of agreements, MOU’s etc.

2. Preparing & vetting of petitions, replies, appearance in courts.

3. Handling Legal activities, Legal Advice to various business verticals and functions on legal issues.

4. Handling the Legal Activities of the Company. Interpretation of law/ regulations and advising their applicability

5. Advisory services, drafting, arbitration, liaison, legal operations, compliances, contract drafting.

6. M&A, IPR, apprising the team and the management about new law amendments along with implications thereof on the organisation.

7. Liaise with auditors, shareholders, regulators and other statutory authorities.

8. Monitor changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and take appropriate action.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Okhla phase 2, New Delhi - 110020, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Litigation & Drafting: 3 years (preferred)
