**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to design and implement machine learning models.
- Work on data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data augmentation to enhance model performance.
- Evaluate and implement state-of-the-art machine learning frameworks and tools.
- Participate in the entire software development life cycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
- Proven experience as an AI/ML Engineer with 2 to 3 years of hands-on work in machine learning projects. Especially in NLP related projects
- He or She should have hands on experience in handling large text and well versed with latest LLM and NLP algorithms is must.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, and proficiency in popular machine learning libraries/frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Solid understanding of statistical concepts and machine learning algorithms.
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and experience deploying models in production environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
