**Job Summary of Sales Executive**

We are looking for a dynamic, high performing Senior Sales Executive with 2 to 3 years of experience selling management consultancy services and or IT solutions such as ERP software solutions. This position provides sales acumen to both pre-sales and post sales implementation solutions.

**Responsibilities & Duties as a Sales Executive**
- Achieving quarterly and annual sales target with new customers
- Developing a pipeline of qualified leads through personal initiative, planning, networking, marketing activities, and execution to achieve annual sales targets.
- Demonstrating competence in qualifying, presenting, and demonstrating our company’s services
- Always Representing our company in a positive and professional manner
- Track and update leads and opportunities
- Staying current on our company’s offerings and industry trends
- Gaining competitive knowledge and understanding how to best position our services.
- Achieving a minimum performance of 100% of quota by the end of the first year of work by developing and executing an annual plan including sales targets, target customers, activity metrics, and high levels of customer satisfaction

**Qualifications & Skills as Sales Executive**
- An engineer preferably with a post graduate degree
- Integrity and a strong work ethic
- Superior communication skills; Excellent presentation skills
- Results-focused attitude
- Demonstrated ability to work with mínimal supervision (after initial training)
- Enthusiastic self-starter who can work independently as well as with a team
- Effective relationship builder: the ability to develop trusting relationships with customers, team members, management, and partners
- Strong drive towards superior customer satisfaction
- Must be open to personal and professional development.
- Must want to be on a winning team and have fun

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business development: 2 years (preferred)
- Lead generation: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
