**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Business Development**:

- Identify and approach potential dealers, retailers, and distributors.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market penetration.
- Drive sales and meet assigned targets within the designated territory.
- **Dealer & Distributor Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new channel partners.
- Ensure timely order placement, delivery, and payment collection.
- Conduct regular visits to understand market trends and competitor activities.
- **Market Research & Analysis**:

- Gather and analyze market intelligence on competitor pricing, new product launches, and customer preferences.
- Provide insights for product improvement and new business opportunities.
- **Customer Service & Complaint Resolution**:

- Address customer concerns and provide after-sales support.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate sales reports, invoices, and customer databases.
- Provide regular updates to the sales manager on market performance and opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in sales (preferably in the tyre, automotive, or FMCG industry).
- **Skills**:

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with dealers and customers.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and ability to work independently.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license (preferred).
