**POSITION**: Database Architect.
**Looking for an Immediate Joiner.**
**Experience**:8-12 years
**Day Shift**:2PM to 11 PM.
**Location**:Goregaon West
**Salary:

- **15 LPA

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Database Design**:
Develop and implement effective database design strategies based on business requirements.
Create and modify database structures to optimize data storage and retrieval.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and design scalable solutions.

**2. Performance Optimization**:
Conduct regular performance assessments and implement optimization strategies.
Utilize best practices for indexing, query optimization, and data caching.
Monitor and analyze database performance metrics, identifying and resolving bottlenecks.

**3. Security**:
Establish and enforce robust security policies and procedures.
Implement access controls and encryption protocols to protect sensitive data.
Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments, addressing identified risks.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging threats to enhance database security continually.

**4. Data Modeling**:
Develop and maintain comprehensive data models aligned with business requirements.
Collaborate with data analysts and stakeholders to understand data relationships and
dependencies.
Ensure data models are scalable, adaptable, and support future business needs.

**5. Data Security and Compliance**:
Implement and maintain data encryption protocols for data at rest and in transit.
Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and industry standards.
Work closely with legal and compliance teams to address data privacy concerns and maintain regulatory compliance.
Establish and document data retention policies, considering legal and business requirements.

**6. Backup and Recovery**:
Develop and maintain robust backup and recovery strategies to minimize data loss.
Regularly test and validate backup and recovery procedures to ensure system reliability.

**7. Collaboration and Communication**:
Collaborate effectively with developers, system administrators, and business analysts.
Provide regular updates on database-related activities and address stakeholder concerns.
Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team.

**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
