**MERN Stack Trainer (React and Node Focus)**

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior MERN Stack Trainer with a focus on React and Node to join our team. As a Senior MERN Stack Trainer, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring our students in React and Node, as well as the broader MERN stack which includes MongoDB and ExpressJS. You will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality and engaging training sessions that help students acquire the skills they need to become proficient React and Node developers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver high-quality and engaging training sessions on React and Node, as well as the broader MERN stack.
- Create training materials, including presentations, exercises, and assessments, with a focus on React and Node.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback and guidance on their React and Node skills.
- Mentor and support students in developing their skills and preparing them for real-world projects that involve React and Node.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in React, Node, and the broader MERN stack.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in software development, with a focus on React and Node.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation, teaching, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Familiarity with modern software development practices, including agile methodologies, version control, and testing.
- Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and deployment platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Passion for teaching and helping others succeed.
- Experience in developing and delivering online training
- Experience in working with a variety of audiences
- Experience in using e-learning tools
