**Required Experience, Skills& and Qualifications**
- 1-2 years of experience as a web designer who will be responsible for creating websites and maintaining the same for the company.
- Primary duties include conceptualizing and implementing creative ideas for company websites, as well as creating visual elements that are in line with our branding.
- Proficiency in graphic design software like **Adobe Photoshop**/Adobe Illustrator/Adobe Sketch and other visual design tools.
- Proficiency in front-end development web programming languages such as **HTML and CSS, JQuery, Bootstrap.**:

- Proficient in **React Js** will be added advantage.
- Good understanding of **search engine optimization **principles.
- Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues.
- Excellent visual design skills.
- Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards, and technologies.
- Creative and open to new ideas.
- Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques
- Proficient in managing User experience.
- Good understanding of content management systems.

**Responsibilities & duties**
- Should be proficient with all the requirements related to website development and designing.
- Conceptualizing creative ideas with the team.
- Designing and developing new websites as per company requirements.
- Testing and improving the design of the website.
- Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
- Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards.
- Designing visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they are in line with branding for company.
- Working with different content management systems like **wordpress**:

- Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes.
- Incorporating functionalities and features into websites.
- Preparing design plans and presenting the website structure.
- Maintaining and updating the websites as and when required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
