**Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop visually appealing web pages and user interfaces that meet client requirements and specifications
- Create logos, icons, and other graphics for web pages, marketing materials, and social media platforms
- Develop wireframes and prototypes to showcase design concepts and ideas
- Ensure that all designs are consistent with the organization's brand identity and style guidelines
- Collaborate with developers and other team members to ensure that designs are implemented correctly
- Stay up-to-date with current design trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve the organization's design capabilities
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for new design projects
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines
- Create engaging digital and print marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and social media graphics
- Maintain and update existing web pages and designs as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, web design, or a related field
- Proven experience as a web and graphic designer or similar role
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Understanding of user experience and user interface design principles
- Strong creative and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
