**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Business Development**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive bookings and reservations for the hotel and restaurant.
- Identify and target potential corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and local businesses.
- Promote packages and offers for group bookings, weddings, and special events.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Provide personalized solutions to meet client requirements and ensure satisfaction.
- **Market Analysis and Reporting**:

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- **Marketing Support**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, both online and offline.
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, exhibitions, and local events.
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Ensure consistent communication with guests to enhance their experience.
- Solicit feedback and use insights to improve services.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 2-4 years in sales, preferably in the hospitality sector.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking abilities.
- Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Willingness to travel within the Nainital district.
- Familiarity with the local market and client base is a plus.
