Job Summary:
Grainotch Industries Ltd., a leading liquor manufacturer, is seeking a skilled Digital Marketing & Design Executive with expertise in Photoshop, label design, advertising material management, and digital marketing. The role involves creating product labels, managing marketing materials, and executing impactful campaigns to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Print Media & Graphic Design:

- Design and customize product labels using Photoshop, ensuring compliance with regulatory and branding standards.
- Create innovative packaging designs and assist in updating existing labels.
- Develop creative materials such as flyers, banners, and product catalogs for promotional purposes.

2. Advertising Material Management:

- Manage the production and distribution of advertising materials, including posters, standees, banners, and point-of-sale (POS) materials.
- Coordinate with vendors and printers to ensure timely delivery and quality control.
- Maintain an inventory of advertising materials and ensure they are updated as per marketing campaigns.

3. Social Media Management:

- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Monitor social media trends and engage with followers to build an active online community.
- Analyze campaign performance and generate reports to improve future strategies.

4. Video Editing:

- Create and edit promotional videos, product demos, and event highlights for marketing purposes.
- Enhance videos with animations, transitions, and audio for maximum impact.

5. Digital Advertising & Campaigns:

- Assist in designing and executing online advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
- Optimize campaigns to ensure high ROI and effective targeting.

6. Analytics & Reporting:

- Use tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to track the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data to improve marketing effectiveness.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in label design, advertising materials management, and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
- Knowledge of printing techniques and advertising material production is an advantage.
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience in the liquor, beverage, or FMCG industry.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and CMS platforms like WordPress.
- Experience in working with external vendors for marketing material production.

Pay: ₹10,283.76 - ₹25,000.00 per month
