- **Quality Control**: Monitor food preparation, check for proper portioning and plating, and ensure food meets high-quality standards and customer expectations.
- **Food Safety & Sanitation**: Implement and maintain stringent food safety and hygiene protocols to comply with health regulations and ensure a clean kitchen environment.
- **Financial Management**: Track kitchen expenses, manage food costs and labor budgets, conduct regular inventory counts, and provide cost reports to management.
- **Operational Efficiency**: Oversee the daily flow of kitchen operations, manage the maintenance and repair of kitchen equipment, and ensure the timely completion of tasks.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
