receptionist is responsible for welcoming visitors, answering phone calls, and performing clerical tasks to support office operations: Greeting visitors: Welcoming visitors in a friendly manner and directing them to the appropriate person or office Answering phone calls: Answering and transferring phone calls to the correct department, taking messages, and screening calls Handling mail and deliveries: Receiving mail, packages, and courier deliveries, and distributing them to the appropriate person or office Performing clerical tasks: Filing, photocopying, faxing, transcribing, and performing other clerical tasks Maintaining office supplies: Keeping track of office supplies and expenses, and signing for deliveries Scheduling appointments: Scheduling meetings for employees and following up with appointments Maintaining the reception area: Keeping the reception area and other common areas clean and tidy Providing customer service: Responding to customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner Receptionists should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and be confident. They should also be proficient in using office equipment, such as computers, telephones, copiers, fax machines, and printers.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
