**Job Title**: Receptionist
**Position Overview**:
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors, providing a positive and professional image of the organization. They handle various administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist visitors, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer phone calls, screen inquiries, and provide accurate information.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the reception area is clean and organized.
- Schedule appointments and meetings as required.
**Required Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of office software and phone systems.

Pay: ₹9,299.51 - ₹22,314.52 per month
