**Job Title**: Travel Executive
**Location**: Ahmedabad
**Experience Required**: 1-2years in travel services
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients with travel planning, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and itinerary creation.
- Provide information on travel destinations, packages, and deals.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely manner.
- Ensure bookings and transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends, including travel restrictions and pricing updates.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in travel agency operations or ticketing.
- Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred

Pay: ₹10,122.57 - ₹32,669.21 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
