**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, manage, and maintain middleware solutions such as **WebLogic, JBoss, IBM WebSphere, Apache Tomcat**, or other enterprise middleware platforms.
- Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and patches of middleware environments, ensuring mínimal disruption to operations.
- Implement and maintain **security policies** for middleware platforms, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
- Automate routine administration tasks and processes using scripting languages like **Shell, Perl, Python**, or other automation tools.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues, diagnose root causes, and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of system documentation, including configuration guides, troubleshooting steps, and operational procedures.
- Perform **capacity planning**, ensure system scalability, and assist with performance tuning across middleware systems.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing to ensure the reliability and resilience of middleware services.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor's degree** in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **3-10 years** of experience in Middleware Administration, preferably in enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience with middleware platforms like **WebLogic, JBoss, IBM WebSphere, Apache Tomcat**, or similar technologies.
- Proficient with **Unix/Linux** or **Windows** operating systems and system administration tasks.
- Strong scripting skills for automation (e.g., Shell, Python, Perl, etc.).
- Experience with **monitoring tools** (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, Dynatrace) to monitor middleware performance and health.
- Understanding of **database management** and integration with middleware platforms (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server).
- Strong understanding of **security best practices** for middleware systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with **cloud-based middleware solutions** (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with **DevOps** tools and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible).
- Experience with message brokers and enterprise service bus (ESB) technologie

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per year
