**Job description**

**Key Responsibilities For MIS Executive**:

- **Document Creation & Management**: Develop, format, and maintain high-quality documents in Microsoft Word, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to company standards.
- **Advanced Excel Usage**: Create complex spreadsheets with advanced functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, and data analysis to support business decision-making.
- **Presentation Development**: Design visually compelling presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint, incorporating data, graphics, and multimedia elements.
- **Data Management**: Organize and manage large datasets in Excel and maintain databases for business reporting and tracking purposes.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify and implement improvements to workflows by utilizing MS Suite tools to enhance productivity and efficiency across departments.
- **Template Creation**: Design standardized templates for reports, presentations, and documentation to streamline processes within the organization.
- **Collaboration & Communication**: Work closely with teams across departments to facilitate document sharing, project collaboration, and effective communication using Office 365 tools.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience working extensively with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong proficiency in Excel with the ability to create complex formulas and perform data analysis.
- Experience with PowerPoint design and presentation creation.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot software issues and provide end-user support.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Familiarity with automation tools like Power Automate and Power BI for reporting.
- Basic understanding of programming (VBA) for macros in Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
