**नियोजक**: आर्यन सिक्योरिटी सर्विस
**वेतन**: ₹25,000 - ₹28,000 प्रति माह (सभी वैधानिक लाभ सहित)

**1. नौकरी का उद्देश्य (Job Objective)**

RRCAT रेजिडेंशियल कॉलोनी, गेस्ट हाउस, AEC स्कूल, धार/नॉर्थ गेट, ARPF तथा अन्य निर्धारित क्षेत्रों के कर्मचारियों, संपत्तियों एवं परिसर की सुरक्षा और संरक्षण सुनिश्चित करना। यह कार्य अनुशासित और सतर्क गार्ड ड्यूटी के माध्यम से 24×7 घूर्णन (rotational) शिफ्ट प्रणाली में किया जाएगा।

**2. मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ (Key Responsibilities)**

**प्रवेश नियंत्रण (Access Control)**:
कर्मचारियों, आगंतुकों, वाहनों और सामग्रियों के प्रवेश एवं निकास को नियंत्रित करना। पहचान पत्र और गेट पास की जाँच करना ताकि अनधिकृत प्रवेश रोका जा सके।

**गश्त एवं निगरानी (Patrolling & Surveillance)**:
निर्धारित क्षेत्रों, सीमा दीवारों और संवेदनशील बिंदुओं की नियमित गश्त करना ताकि चोरी, घुसपैठ या तोड़फोड़ जैसी घटनाओं को रोका जा सके।

**रिकॉर्ड रखरखाव (Record Maintenance)**:
आगंतुकों, वाहनों और सामग्रियों का रिकॉर्ड बनाए रखना तथा किसी भी अनियमितता या असामान्य घटना की तत्काल सूचना सुरक्षा पर्यवेक्षक या RRCAT अधिकारियों को देना।

**घटना प्रतिक्रिया (Incident Response)**:
आग, आपात स्थिति या संदिग्ध गतिविधि पर तुरंत प्रतिक्रिया देना और आवश्यकतानुसार निकासी (evacuation) या नियंत्रण (containment) में सहायता करना।

**संपत्ति सुरक्षा (Asset Protection)**:
RRCAT की सुविधाओं, गेस्ट हाउस, स्कूलों और खाली सरकारी क्वार्टर/दुकानों की सुरक्षा करना; किसी भी प्रकार की क्षति, दुरुपयोग या अनधिकृत कब्जे को रोकना।

**अनुपालन (Compliance)**:
RRCAT अधिकारियों और आर्यन सिक्योरिटी सर्विस के पर्यवेक्षकों द्वारा जारी सभी निर्देशों का पालन करना, जिसमें अनुशासन, व्यवहार और सुरक्षा प्रोटोकॉल शामिल हैं।

**शिफ्ट ड्यूटी (Shift Duties)**:
गार्ड को निम्नलिखित घूर्णन शिफ्टों में ड्यूटी करनी होगी
- प्रथम शिफ्ट: 07:00 - 15:00 घंटे
- द्वितीय शिफ्ट: 15:00 - 23:00 घंटे
- तृतीय शिफ्ट: 23:00 - 07:00 घंटे
**3. न्यूनतम पात्रता (Minimum Eligibility)**
- **लिंग**: पुरुष
- **शैक्षणिक योग्यता**: न्यूनतम 10वीं पास (मैट्रिकुलेशन)
- **कौशल श्रेणी**: अर्द्ध-कुशल (Semi-skilled)
- **भूतपूर्व सैनिक (Ex-Servicemen)**: आवश्यक
- **अनुभव**: औद्योगिक, संस्थागत या आवासीय सुरक्षा में 3-6 वर्ष का अनुभव
- **कार्य समय**: प्रति दिन 8 घंटे (घूर्णन शिफ्ट)
- **आयु सीमा**: 45 वर्ष से कम
- **चिकित्सीय योग्यता**: चिकित्सकीय रूप से फिट होना आवश्यक; मान्य फिटनेस प्रमाणपत्र अनिवार्य
- **पुलिस सत्यापन**: वैध पुलिस सत्यापन प्रमाणपत्र (PVC) तैनाती से पूर्व आवश्यक
**4. व्यक्तिगत गुण (Personal Attributes)**
- स्मार्ट, सतर्क और शारीरिक रूप से फिट
- जनता एवं कर्मचारियों के साथ विनम्र और अनुशासित व्यवहार
- समयनिष्ठ और विश्वसनीय
- आपात स्थिति में शांत रहकर कार्य करने की क्षमता
- गोपनीयता और सुरक्षा नियमों का सम्मान करने वाला
**5. अतिरिक्त आवश्यकताएँ (Additional Requirements)**
- ड्यूटी के दौरान निर्धारित वर्दी और पहचान पत्र पहनना अनिवार्य है।
- ड्यूटी के समय प्रदान किए गए उपकरण (टॉर्च, सीटी, लाठी आदि) साथ रखना आवश्यक है।
- ड्यूटी के दौरान धूम्रपान, शराब पीना या मोबाइल फोन का उपयोग करना वर्जित है।
