**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Reception Duties**:

- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Handle administrative tasks such as logging visitors, managing appointments, and distributing mail.
- Respond promptly to inquiries, providing accurate information about the organization’s services and operations.

**Security Duties**:

- Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring only authorized personnel enter.
- Conduct routine patrols of the premises to identify and mitigate security risks.
- Operate and monitor security systems, including CCTV cameras and alarms.
- Respond to emergencies, including fire alarms and security breaches, in accordance with company procedures.
- Report any suspicious activities or security incidents to the appropriate authorities.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent.
- **Experience**:
Prior experience in reception, administration, or customer service is preferred.
Security experience or training is an advantage.
- **Skills**:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Observation skills and attention to detail.

**Working Conditions**:

- Combination of indoor reception work and active security patrols.

**Salary**: ₹14000-₹16000

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
