DESIGNATION - **Procurement Executive**
LOCATION - **Bangalore**
REPORTING MANAGER HOD - **Projects**

**Daily Operations**:
1. Coordinate with vendors for the quotes
2. Knowledge about vendors of civil and interior fitout Sectors
3. Ability to do the Techno-commercial analysis for the civil, fitout requirements
4. Basic Knowledge on Electrical and Mechanical assets which are part of building operations and Maintenance scope involved
5. Advanced skills on Microsoft Office
6. Knowledge on Purchase Order creation
7. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors
8. Knowledge on basic Negotiation.
9. Basic Knowledge on Taxation, contract terms and conditions

**Financials**:

- Follow up with finance to make sure payment made to the vendors on time.
- Submitting the AMC and monthly invoices to finance team on time.

**What We Look into a person for Area Manager**:

- Any Graduate
- Minimum Experience of 2 to 3 years in Procurement Department
- Good communication and pleasing personality
- Well versed with Microsoft office

Positive attitude: support others, taking ownership and responsibility outside the prescribed points

**Salary**: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
