The designer will explore and conceptualize design options and solutions that maintain the brand's vision and creative beliefs. You will work closely with the Brand Manager to evaluate design options, and develop and push to find ‘big ideas’ based on design strategy and the creative brief. You will develop straightforward design approaches to complex design challenges across social platforms, packaging, brand development, and brand identity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Help push our design forward with brilliant creative ideas, amazing design and craft skills and smart strategic thinking
- Conceptualise and execute Social Media assets for local amplification
- Edit & create videos - from concept to execution for organic and paid channels
- Make confident design decisions, and be supportive in helping others develop their ideas

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in fine arts/Visual Design/Visual Communication/Graphic Design related creative studies or a minimum of 1 to 2 years of equivalent and proven work experience in respective fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
- Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced global online environment. Time management and multitasking abilities
- Creativity skills and problem-solving aptitude
- Attention to detail and an awareness that everything counts.
- Expert understanding of graphic design and manipulation of graphic design elements
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at one time to meet aggressive deadlines.
- Demonstrated business acumen and customer-centricity.
- Digital platform design experience and understanding for cross platform design guidelines.
- Confident, results-oriented, hands-on, and self-motivated
- Proficient in design software. Well skilled in all Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Adobe Acrobat and an understanding of the capabilities of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
