**Key Skills**:
To oversee whole shift operation and work management

Maintain work as per GMP and implementing safety

Manpower handling, production planning and RM planning

Process control, maintaining CCPs and following SOPs

Monitoring process, Data preparation & yield monitoring

Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and following schedules

Training to the downlines for better product efficiency and safety

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

**Responsibilities**:
Responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the production line in a solvent extraction process.

**Managing the solvent extraction process**: Ensure efficient and safe operation of the solvent extraction process, resolve any production issues that arise, and continuously improve production processes.

**Supervising personnel**: Hire, train, and manage production line workers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and equipment to perform their jobs effectively.

**Monitoring safety procedures**: Ensure that all employees are following safe work practices, and develop and implement safety procedures to prevent accidents in the solvent extraction process.

**Monitoring plant performance**: Continuously monitor plant performance, analyze production data, and identify areas for improvement.

**Collaborating with other departments**: Work closely with other departments, such as engineering and maintenance, to ensure the smooth operation of the solvent extraction process.

**Managing inventory**: Monitor raw materials, supplies, and finished products to ensure proper inventory levels.

Implementing quality control: Oversee quality control procedures and ensure that products meet the company's standards.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
