Responsibilities

Troubleshooting in purchase processes and derivation of possibilities for enhancement
Monitoring and evaluation of all order issues
Process import as well as export orders and the respective shipping processes with prioritization of different shipments
Ensuring an appropriate order flow with compliance with organizational policies
Cooperation with the finance department to resolve invoice and pricing issues
Monitoring and evaluation of all orders and sales processes as well as preparation of order reports
Requirements and skills

Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator
Experience with MS Office and data programs
Typing speed and accuracy 50WPM
Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation
Attention to detail
Confidentiality
High school diploma; additional computer training or certification will be an added advantage

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Excel: 3 years (preferred)
