Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our Operations/Production team. The Data Entry Operator will play a crucial role in maintaining and updating production-related data and records, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the production process. This position is vital in supporting the smooth functioning of our production operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Data Entry: Accurately input production-related data into our systems, including inventory levels, production schedules, quality control records, and other relevant information.

Data Verification: Review and verify data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness, and make necessary corrections when discrepancies are identified.

Data Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain existing production records, ensuring that they remain up to date and accurate.

Record Organization: Organize and maintain electronic and physical data records in a systematic and easily accessible manner.

Data Security: Adhere to data security protocols and maintain confidentiality, particularly for sensitive production data.

Quality Control: Implement data quality control measures to identify and resolve errors, duplication, and inconsistencies in production-related data.

Reporting: Generate reports as needed by the operations/production team, supervisors, or other stakeholders, utilizing data from the databases.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in data management is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator, particularly in an operations or production setting.
- Proficiency in data entry and relevant software/tools, including Microsoft Excel, Access, and other production-related software.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy, especially when dealing with large volumes of data.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of data security and confidentiality principles, particularly as they relate to production data.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic knowledge of production operations and processes is advantageous.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:
