**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks and office management.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital files and documents.
- Support in coordinating meetings, scheduling, and event logistics.
- Help with procurement, vendor coordination, and inventory management.
- Ensure upkeep of office supplies and assist with travel arrangements.
- Assist HR/Admin team in documentation and onboarding processes.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in shared spaces and ensure smooth office operations.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
