**Role & Responsibilities**

1. To counsel and assist students to make best-informed decisions.

2. To develop and enhance the counselling services

4. Providing customer service to existing customers (including: answering basic inquiries, requesting documents etc.) and prospective customers (e.g. helping them book in consultations)

6. Client case management (e.g. managing case notes and timelines) Qualifications, skills and experience

7. Previous education or migration related experience.
