**Day-to-day responsibilities include**:
1. Headnoting of the judgments

2. Researching legal content and assisting advocates in legal research for their cases

3. Writing legal articles and latest court updates

**Desired skills**:
1. Strong communication/interpersonal skills and ability to build collaborative business relationships.

2. Excellent written and verbal communication.

3. Ability to thoroughly evaluate alternatives, innovate problem resolution, employ a proactive approach, and take the initiative to resolve problems.

4. Ability to think and act independently. Attentive to detail.

5. Ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities.

6. Ability to quickly grasp legal and business issues and provide tailored legal advice and counsel in plain language.

7. Fluent in spoken English and Hindi
