**Job Title**: Barista & Café Manager

**Qualification**: Graduate / Diploma in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:☕ **Beverage Preparation**
- Prepare and serve various types of coffee and beverages (espresso, cappuccino, latte, iced coffee, etc.)
- Maintain consistency, presentation, and quality in every drink served
- Handle coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment efficiently
- **Food Preparation**:

- Prepare and serve light meals and snacks such as sandwiches, salads, pasta, wraps, and bakery items
- Maintain hygiene and follow basic kitchen safety and food handling standards
- Assist in developing a simple, appealing café menu with seasonal specials

**Operations & Management**
- Manage daily café operations, including opening, closing, and inventory control
- Ensure timely refilling of stock and supplies (coffee beans, milk, ingredients, disposables, etc.)
- Maintain the cleanliness and ambience of café area at all times
- Handle cash, billing, and POS system efficiently

**Customer Service**
- Greet and interact warmly with customers to create a welcoming experience
- Take and serve orders promptly and professionally
- Handle customer feedback positively and resolve minor issues independently

**Coordination & Reporting**
- Coordinate with store management for café promotions, events, and collaborations
- Keep track of sales, wastage, and daily performance reports
- Train or supervise café assistants (if any)

**Skills & Attributes**:

- Knowledge of coffee brewing and basic culinary techniques
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and proactive attitude
- Basic knowledge of café hygiene and safety standards
- Ability to multitask and work independently

**Added Advantage**:

- Certification or training as a **Barista or in Food & Beverage Service**:

- Experience working in a **boutique café or retail café setup**

**Reporting To**:
Store Manager / Owner

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
