**Overview**:
Founded in 2010, Ekya Schools is a chain of progressive K-12 schools in Bangalore, India, offering Kindergarten & Montessori and Grades 1-12 affiliated to CBSE, ICSE and Cambridge IGCSE. Ekya Schools will launch a new chain of K-12 schools known as the “Purpose Based Schools” for the next academic year, 2025-2026. These Purpose-based schools are thematic schools that allow students to specialize in an area of interest from a early life.

**Responsibilities**:Develop and implement public relations strategies to enhance the school's reputation and visibility. Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, managing all media inquiries. Create and distribute press releases, articles, and other materials to promote school events and achievements. Monitor media coverage and manage social media platforms. Organize and coordinate public relations events and campaigns.

- Collaborate with internal teams, such as product and marketing, to ensure alignment and integration of PR initiatives.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis of PR efforts to senior management.
