Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative PR & Marketing professional with a strong interest in manga and anime culture. The ideal candidate will manage brand presence, engage with niche communities, and create impactful campaigns that resonate with fans of anime and manga. This role requires both strategic marketing knowledge and a passion for Japanese pop culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute PR and marketing campaigns targeting manga/anime communities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, fan clubs, and online communities.
  • Manage social media channels, ensuring content aligns with anime/manga trends.
  • Create engaging marketing materials, event promotions, and campaigns.
  • Conduct research on global anime/manga trends to adapt campaigns.
  • Organize and promote online/offline events, conventions, and collaborations.
  • Monitor campaign performance and report insights to the management team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in PR, marketing, or influencer engagement.
  • Strong interest in manga, anime, and Japanese pop culture.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Social media management and content creation experience.
  • Ability to network with influencers and fan communities.
  • Creative thinker with good research and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in entertainment, gaming, or creative industries.
  • Basic design or video editing skills (a plus).
  • Multilingual ability (Japanese/Korean knowledge is an advantage).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
