**Role Description**

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Fresher Civil Draftswoman, proficient in both 2D and 3D drafting. As a crucial member of our organization, you will work closely with our engineering and design teams to create accurate and detailed drawings for various civil engineering projects. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and professional development in the field of civil engineering and drafting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create precise 2D and 3D drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications and standards.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate concepts into technical drawings.
- Assist in the preparation of construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
- Revise and modify drawings as directed by project managers or senior draftspersons.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation for easy retrieval and reference.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in drafting software and techniques.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding quality control and project deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and project coordination.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar programs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and precise drawings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of basic engineering principles and construction techniques is desirable but not mandatory.
- Prior internship or work experience in drafting or a related field is a plus, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
