THE ROLE

The Graphic Designer at 'Avomexicano' is responsible for all the activities related to customer acquisition and retention programs.

The Graphic Designer will work on

Study design briefs and determine requirements

Schedule projects and define budget constraints

Conceptualize visuals based on requirements

Prepare rough drafts and present ideas

Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand

Use the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic

Work with copywriters and creative director to produce the final design

Test graphics across various media

Amend designs after feedback

Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

Translate product positioning, and existing marketing strategies into effective designs.

Work with relevant teams to ensure aesthetics are aligned with usability, accessibility, and web standards.

Work with the Marketing team to translate and create marketing requirements into compelling, appropriate campaigns and designs.

Ensure consistency of brand and creativity across digital customer touchpoints.

Provide design support to other teams, when necessary.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Should know the basics of printing in different media.

Should know Adobe packages like Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.

Should know video editing and basic photography for Social Media requirements.

Should have worked on Canva.

Should know about social media marketing.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS

Analytics and database tools such as Excel, Google Analytics

A marketplace or Hyperlocal commerce experience is a plus

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Adobe Illustrator: 2 years (preferred)

- Adobe Photoshop: 2 years (required)
