**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Current licensure as a registered nurse (RN) in the state of practice.
- Certification in Infection Control (CIC) preferred.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of clinical nursing experience, with specific experience in infection control, epidemiology, or public health.
- Strong knowledge of infection prevention principles, infectious diseases, and epidemiological methods.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Commitment to patient safety, quality improvement, and continuous professional development.
