Key Responsibilities:

- Create high quality **3D animations**, from modeling (or using existing models) to rigging, animating, lighting, texturing, and rendering as needed.
- Develop short, engaging animated content (loops, shorts, motion graphics) for digital platforms (social media, website, presentations).
- Edit video content: cutting, effects, transitions, audio sync, color correction/grading.
- Collaborate with creative team (art directors, graphic designers, scriptwriters) to understand briefs and deliver visual storytelling that matches the desired tone, pace, and style.
- Maintain consistency in style, character design, timing, and motion across projects.
- Manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and produce deliverables on time.
- Iteratively refine animations based on feedback.

Required Skills & Experience:

- **Experience**: Minimum of **1 years** in 3D animation and motion graphics.
- Proficiency in 3D tools such as **Maya, Blender, Cinema 4D** or similar.
- Strong skills in video editing software such as **Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve**, etc.
- Understanding of post-production techniques: compositing (After Effects or similar), color grading, adding effects.
- Good eye for timing, pacing, visual composition, and storytelling.
- Ability to work with different styles - stylized, clean motion, energetic animation.
- Basic understanding of sound design and integrating audio in animations.
- Strong communication skills and ability to understand & implement feedback.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
