TCM Services Private Limited, is a team of young dynamic individuals who started up in 2016, our motive is to provide the best customer service to our clients globally.

TCM Services currently owns three companies in the United States of America, and have their Shared Service Centre& headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

**Responsibilities** **-**
- Documents financial transactions by entering account information in multiple ERP systems.
- Verifying documents and invoicing loads in the respective software.
- Preparing collection reports & input payment kinks.
- Reconciling, adjusting and amending invoices through the respective software.
- Preparing & maintaining, daily monthly & yearly escrow report as well as revenue reports.
- Preparing various MIS reports & weekly/fortnightly driver payroll settlements.
- Preparing monthly customer report & incentive report
- Creating payroll & invoices on a weekly basis.

**Qualifications & Work Experience -**
- Minimum Qualification - Graduate.
- Minimum Experience - 1-3 Years
- Required US Process Experience - Added advantage

**Additional Requirements -**
- Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
- Working knowledge of relevant state, federal, and local regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, MS Word, Outlook).
- Excellent record keeping skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong prioritization skills and works with a sense of urgency, ability to know how to operate with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Capacity to multitask.
- Good Data Management skill

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,623.28 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Night shift
- US shift
