Designation : Front Desk Executive
- Responsible for all Overall maintenance of Head office
- Vendor Management related to office Maintenance
- Timely and schedule procurement of office stationary, housekeeping materials and other consumables and keep updated record of the same.
- Guest / Visitors Management & hospitality, Greet and welcome guests
- Incoming/outgoing calls management
- Maintain daily incoming & outgoing registers for courier, post & office consumables.
- Informing & issuing cheque to creditors. Keep records for all payments i.e., Mobile Bills, Office Maintenance of Contract renewals
- Lounge area audio-visual arrangement keep it always in working condition
- Maintain office discipline & culture with an ownership attitude in the work
- Issue Joining Kit to new joinejoinerss i.e., Dairy, Pen, Welcome book, E Mail ID, Visiting Card, Office Dress
- Helping HR in Event management & Employee engagement i.e., Birthday greetings, Festival celebrations,
- Assist to Chairman with his day-to-day operations.
- Work follows ups from different HODs as per Action plan.
- All mail and letters drafted for Chairman
- Critically review monthly reports, MIS & Task reports.
- Managing all Administrative work of the Chairman
- Managing Calendar, calls, meetings, events, Travel for efficient and effective functioning of the Chairman.
- Prepare and coordinate meetings, MOM, MIS, Financial data and other reports required by Chairman time to time.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
