**Job description**

Experience : 2-3 years Interior fitouts Procurement

The Key responsibility includes handling efficiently all the procurement activities related to sourcing materials for Interior fitout projectson Pan India basis.

**Responsibilities**:
To procure equipment, materials & systems complying to project Quality and Specification requirements.

To procure materials and subcontract in timely manner within approved budgeted cost.

Prior to ordering, to check all ex-stocks availability in central stores and sub stores.

To ensure timely delivery of equipment, material & systems to support site installation works as per approved work program.

All procurement process should comply to management approved procedures and policies with respect to time, cost, and quality.

Prepares documentation for internal process as per ISO Standards.

Excess materials from sites shall be returned back to central stores on monthly basis.

Develops and maintains good relationship with suppliers and subcontractors.

Maintains company reputation & credibility by fair dealings and prompt payment.

A graduate with a good command over the English language.

A good listener and smart enough to adapt the procurement requirements.

Quick with vendor negotiations and market rates for materials

Should have good co-ordination with the point of project contacts, vendors, and the procurement team

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
