Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced procurement professional to lead our chemical manufacturing industry procurement function.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for raw materials, chemicals, consumables, and services.
  • Maintain cost-efficiency, quality, and uninterrupted production in alignment with company goals and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with production and planning teams to maintain optimum stock levels while minimizing working capital.
  • Ensure timely availability of materials to avoid production disruptions.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing procurement team.
  • Drive digitalization and automation of procurement processes using ERP systems.
  • Identify risks in the supply chain and implement contingency plans.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in strategic sourcing and procurement within the chemical/process/manufacturing industry.
  • Familiarity with global sourcing, customs regulations, and import/export documentation.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office.
