**JD for the Treasury SME / BA**

**Role**
- Will be acting as SME /BA and will participate in all discussions for Requirement Gathering, Review of test design, test execution Will participate in the meeting with OEM’s during the Bug Triage Call

**Responsibilities**
- Should be able to face the client business team and IT team and participate in Requirement Gathering
- Should be able to assist in effort estimation of the requirements
- Should be able to Design, Review and evaluate the test design suite and assist during test execution phases
- Should be able to evaluate the test execution artifacts
- Should be capable of handling the team / hand holding the team / lead the team and deliver the project within agreed time line
- Should follow the company’s process and procedures and deliver the project
- Periodic reporting to all the stake holders

**Requirement**

**Product & Application Knowledge**
- Domain knowledge of various Asset Classes - Forex (FX), Fixed Income (FI), Money Market (MM) and Derivatives

**Must Have**
- Domain knowledge in the Treasury Products and Capital Market products
- Knowledge on the Asset classes like FX, FI, MM and Derivatives Preferably on FX and Derivatives, Equity, Debentures
- Knowledge on the Integrated system workflow including the upstream and downstream interfaces
- Treasury Banking Operations / Implementation / Upgrade of the treasury system like Kondor, FinMechanics, Murex, Calypso, Finacle Treasury, TCS BaNCS etc
- Any one Treasury Application knowledge (Kondor, FinMechanics, Murex, Calypso, Finacle Treasury, TCS BaNCS etc). Experience of leading/participating in end-to-end Treasury Management Systems implementation, system migration, version upgrade or system transformation project, automation would be an advantage.
- Knowledge in the areas of Reporting system like Regulatory, Trading and Reporting systems
- Hands on experience in one of the Treasury Application at FO, MO and BO level
- Knowledge on the Regulatory Reports
- Working experience in any one of the Bug tracking tool Ability to deliver under pressure and with stringent timelines

**Proven record of soft skills like**
- Analytical skills / problem solving skills accompanied with good verbal and written communication
- People Management
- Stakeholders Management
- Escalation Management Dispute Resolution

**Others**

Should be willing to travel to client locations

**Certifications**
- Nice to have and will be an added advantage
