**Duties Of An Inside Sales Executive**:

- Responsibilities:_
- C_onduct proactive outbound prospecting and lead generation activities to identify potential customers and qualify leads_
- _Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, including features, benefits and pricing_
- _Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through to close, ensuring that customer information and sales data is accurate and up-to-date_
- _Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner_
- _Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets, including lead generation, sales activities and closed deals_
- _Collaborate effectively with other members of the sales team, sharing best practices and contributing to team success_
- _Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitive offerings, adjusting sales strategies as required_
- U_se CRM software to manage customer interactions and sales data, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the information_
- A_ttend sales training and other professional development activities as required_
- Qualifications:_
- B_achelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field_
- _2+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment_
- S_trong verbal and written communication skills_
- E_xcellent active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns_
- A_bility to work effectively as part of a sales team, contributing to team success_
- P_roven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets_
- K_nowledge of sales techniques, including prospecting, lead qualification and closing deals_
- F_amiliarity with CRM software and sales tools_
- A_ttention to detail and ability to manage time effectively_

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month

Shift:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jind, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Inside sales: 1 year (preferred)
