Production Support: Provide hands-on support for our telecom systems to ensure 24/7 uptime and availability.
- Unix and Shell Scripting: Develop, maintain, and enhance Unix shell scripts to automate routine tasks, monitor system performance, and troubleshoot issues.
- Incident Management: Respond to and resolve production incidents, performing root cause analysis and implementing long-term solutions to prevent recurrence.
- System Monitoring: Implement proactive monitoring solutions to detect and address potential issues before they impact service quality.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and implement performance improvements, system tuning, and capacity planning to meet the evolving demands of our telecom infrastructure.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with network engineers, database administrators, and other technical teams to coordinate problem resolution and system enhancements.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation related to system configurations, procedures, and support processes.
- Change Management: Participate in change management processes and ensure that system changes are carried out with mínimal disruption.
- On-call Support: Be available for on-call support and respond to system emergencies as needed, including evenings and weekends.

**Primary Skills**:

- Telecom Billing Support
- Hands on experience on shell script
- Hands on experience on SQL

**Secondary Skills**:

- Experience in Unix Shell scripting and holds good communication skills
- Experience on developing and maintaining Shell Scripts
- Knowledge of CI / CD process and tools like XLR, Jenkins, Bitbucket
