**Key Responsibilities**:

- Administer, configure, and maintain **Tableau Server/Tableau Online** and **Power BI Service/Report Server**.
- Lead and support **migration of BI platforms** (e.g., Tableau to Tableau Cloud, Tableau to Power BI, or on-prem to cloud environments).
- Manage **installation, upgrades, patching, licensing, and user administration**.
- Configure and monitor **schedules, extracts, data refreshes, and performance tuning**.
- Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to ensure **seamless data connectivity and governance**.
- Implement **security, role-based access, and audit compliance** for BI tools.
- Troubleshoot system and report issues, ensuring **high availability and mínimal downtime**.
- Provide **technical support, best practices, and documentation** for developers and end-users.
- Support **capacity planning, monitoring, and optimization** of BI environments.
- Coordinate with stakeholders during BI tool migration projects, ensuring mínimal business impact.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- **7-10 years** of IT experience with at least **5+ years in BI tools administration**.
- Hands-on expertise in **Tableau Server** and **Power BI administration** (installation, configuration, upgrades, troubleshooting).
- Proven experience in **migration projects** (e.g., Tableau on-prem to cloud, Tableau to Power BI, or version upgrades).
- Strong knowledge of **SQL, database connectivity, and data sources integration**.
- Familiarity with **Active Directory, SSO, OAuth, Kerberos, and role-based access**.
- Understanding of **BI governance, security, and compliance frameworks**.
- Experience in **monitoring, performance tuning, and capacity management**.
- Scripting knowledge (**Python, PowerShell, or Shell**) for automation is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.

**Preferred Certifications**:

- Tableau Server Certified Associate or Professional
- Microsoft Certified: Power BI Administrator Associate
- ITIL Certification (nice to have)
