
Office Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain and reorder office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and company events.
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical).
- Support HR and accounting departments with clerical tasks such as onboarding documentation and invoice processing.
- Troubleshoot office equipment issues and liaise with IT or service vendors as needed.
- Monitor cleanliness and maintenance needs of office spaces.
