**Job Title**: Content Creator & Social Media Manager **(Hybrid)**

Location**:Gurgaon**

**Key Responsibilities**:
Content Creation:
Develop high-quality content for various platforms, including blog posts, articles, case studies, infographics, and white papers related to recruitment and HR trends.

Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant insights into content.

**Social Media Management**:
Design and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.

Manage daily social media activities, including content scheduling, posting, and community management.

Analyze social media metrics to track performance and adjust strategies accordingly to meet KPIs.

Collaborate with the recruitment team to create and promote job postings and recruitment campaigns on social media.

**Brand Building**:
Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all content and social media platforms.

Work closely with the marketing team to align content strategies with overall marketing goals and initiatives.

**Collaboration and Reporting**:
Coordinate with internal teams to gather insights and content ideas that reflect the company’s expertise and value propositions.

Prepare and present regular reports on content performance and social media metrics, providing recommendations for improvement.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Content Creator and/or Social Media Manager, preferably in the recruitment or HR industry.

Strong portfolio demonstrating content creation skills and social media management experience.

Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.

Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Skills**:
Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices.

Familiarity with recruitment trends and the talent acquisition landscape.

Experience with long format text based content creation.
