**Responsibilities**
- The site supervisor's responsibilities include ordering building supplies, scheduling equipment maintenance as needed, and training
- To Visit New Sight Location for Selection, to follow Proper Compliance with Legal, Vaastu and Laboratory Protocols.
- Analysing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
- Negotiation Skills, Terms & Conditions with Vendors in presence of Manager.
- Their role includes supervising the activities and assessing the productivity of construction workers, subcontractors and other on-site staff and implementing corrective action when necessary and to maintain safety guidelines.
- To implement safety regulations and procedures and ensuring the security of everyone on site, including employees, visitors and the general public.
- To ensure everyone complies with the required quality standards. They inspect work, and ensure the immediate rectification of errors. They may also examine blueprints to confirm that a construction project adheres to design, safety and spending guidelines.
- Site supervisors generate reports to provide an overview of a project's progress on daily or weekly reports that detail the milestones, issues, use of resources, work status and plans to his reporting Manager.
- Meets construction budget by monitoring project expenditures.
- Flexible to move across India & other states as and when required.

**Skills & Qualification**
- Proven experience with Minimum 02 Yrs. - 03 Yrs. as a site supervisor or similar role
- Diploma in Civil Engineering from a reputable institution.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work in different shifts and environments.
- Ability to read construction blueprints and store elevation drawings
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage projects with urgent deadlines
- Time management and problem-solving skills

**Job Type**: Full Time

Certification:

- Any CERTIFICATE in Civil Course (Will be extra benefit)

**Experience: 02 yrs. +**(3+ year’s professional experience on commercial or corporate setup)
